I'm having a hella of a time trying to figure out why my mouse wheel isn't working. I have the Logitech Duo Corless Mouse and keyboard. Is there a fix for this out there somewhere? Also I noticed that the left mouse button (fire button) seems to want to act as if it's on autofire. It's like as soon as I pick up a weapon and fire it will continue to fire until I click the mouse button, then it will stop. This is very frustrating and it really ruins the experience of the gameplay. I'd really like to start playing this game and get into it as deep as I did with Quake, but with these problems it looks like I may have some difficulties with that. If there's anyone out there that has had the same or similar problems, please tell me what I need to do to get it fixed. Thanks in advance.
Peace.

I dont have a logitech mouse so I am not sure, but I think you need the logitech mouseware drivers to get the wheel working. Perhaps it solves the other problems, too.

Get i here:
http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm?countryid=19&languageid=1&page=downloads/software&CRID=1793&contentid=6003

it is the english version if you want another go to logitech.com

I have the MX Due set as well (I assume you mean the MX700 mouse).

The drivers that come with the kit are pretty useless ;), you do have to DL the newest ones from the Logitech Website.

I have a mx700 with the logitech wireless keyboard and running WinXP. Didn't need to install logitech software and wheel and all buttons work fine. Me thinks the WinXp is the reason. To much bloat with the logitech software.

Hi Dom,

Are you sure they are all working fine..? I had quite a lot of functionality when I 'plugged and played' my KB and Mouse, then I DL'd and installed the drivers and there is way TOO much functionality now - and I have XP too ;)

BTW - How does everyone find the mouse behaves when playing UT2003??

All of the buttons on my MX500 work flawlessly with this guys Application.

http://www.geocities.com/gpkgpk13/

It does "application specific" changes to the mouse buttons. So, when I play UT 3 of my mouse buttons change to binds, when I play 2k3 4 of my mouse buttons change to binds, when I play Starcraft they change to different items there.

VERY NICE App. (Requires you to have .Net installed)

I also got the Logitect pack, but I got trio. And I have the same problems. Can't use wheel in any way  So I'll have to try getting the newest drivers. I never really thought of that, thanks guys :)
