unzipping the patch?

Hi all, I'm a newb @ UT2K3 and I've just downloaded the latest patch I need, but I'm not sure where I should unzip it to. Can someone please tell me what folder the patch is suspose to be in please? I'd really appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

Ever tried a double click on the patch file. Mine patch (v.2225) was a self extracting zip file. If your file isn´t self extracting and you have a fast internet connection you can get a self extracting patch (v.2225) here:

Didn't realize it was self extracting, looked just like a plain .zip file. But, I'd still like to know where the patch will reside. Thanks though.

You can extract the patch file from every directory you want. You will be asked to enter the UT2003 directory.
