demo record

can some one please help! when i rec a demo it does not play back, can't open the file format. i have the lates bonus pack only and v2225. which is the program that i need to open the demo recorded or is it that i need more paches or older packs? thx:confused:

U open the demo in UT2K3 itself

Go to the console and type Demoplay "Filenamehere"

it does not play in ut. it tell me demo failed to play. when i type in the cosole for exanple demoplay[demo0001.den]

Well what Reaper says is right you might be puttin something in wrong just keep trying it will work.

Maybe you didn't stop the demo when you were recording it.

Download and install DemoPlay from Proasm's. All you need to do is start DemoPlay (UT shouldn't be running) and double click the demo you want to watch. It will launch the game and start the demo for you. It has saved me from either mistyping the filename or renaming the file if its too long as alot of mine are.

btw there should be a space between demoplay and filename. Also you don't need the .dem extension

man that demo play program u gave to download is the bomb thanks man i appreciated very much. is nice to have smart guys with ut2k3 so that they could help the non so smart people. :D :up: :)
