UTsecure and 3'rd party programs

Will it be possible with UTsecure to detect 3'rd party programs like timers etc?
I would love if that happened so I could consentrate about fragging instead of being suspicius of great timers.

I believe El Muerte was quite seriously referring to the futility of attempting to control timers by means of UTSecure or any other software.

And no, it is not possible to detect programs running outside UT2003 with UTSecure.
