Hi, my server used to work fine before, but now it laggs like hell.

The mutators I am using are:
UT2Vote 1.6 (this i downloaded)
No Adrenaline
Sniper Arena (this i downloaded)
Quad Jump
Low Gravity

My computer specs are:
1.69 ghz celeron
384mb ram
40gb hard drive
Intel Extreme Graphics
64mb 3D accelerated graphics

By the way if any of you wana try my server to see for your self whats wrong with it you can. Its called:

and the IP is:
12.207.71.255
