need help with UTsecure 2.11 and some other stuff

Hi, will someone please set up the below string so that when run, it starts a server with all the listed mutators.

Just one comment, take UTSecure out of the list, it only needs to be added to the server's UT2003.INI as a ServerPackages / ServerActor. Nothing to be done on your command line there.
