I have a Pentium 3 1Ghz, 32MB GeForce 2 MX440, 256MB SD RAM 30GB 5200rpm Hard Drive and i am running Windows ME. I have a problem...a few weeks ago i wanted to run UnrealEd...so i tried and it didnt work...so i went and updated my retail version and got the 2225 Patch....it worked but only for like half an hour at a time and would then not work for another three or four hours..so i thought an uninstall would work...so i uninstalled and reinstalled and still no change...so i found the UnrealEdFix4 for Windows 98 and ME and this completley ****ed up my .exe files and the game itself wouldnt even run...so i had to uninstall again and reinstall...but this time i noticed something...every time i uninstalled UT2003, 1GB was unnacounted for...i mean if you install 2.5GB of UT2003 you expect it all to be removed...and all the files are but my hard drive space is shrinking because of this...and no its not becuase im doing other things and putting more stuff on my hard drive....im doing NOTHING ELSE! Please Help because i dont have enough room to install the game a 4th time. I just want to know where this space is going and how i can free it again.
P.S i ran unreal tournament 2003 perfectly with my machine when it did work...it was just UnrealEd Patches...i might have put the UnrealEd Patch files in the wrong place...but i did put them in c:/UT2003/System. Please HELP!
