I've been outta the loop for six months, are there any downloads that make stats available for off-line play like UT?

You can download the latest version of TTM, that gives you your accuracy and stuff. I think the latest is v2.3. It's a tournament mutator.

TTM is your best bet for offline play. There are several log parsers out than can do it as well, but they usually require a webserver + php + sql backend.

If you don't mind setting up PHP and MySQL then you can use UT2003 StatsDB with LocalLog or LocalStats, all available here:
