First off all thx to all the gamers who always reply on my Noob questions hehe.
I would like to know how to take some in game screensshots??
And is it possible to record a whole match like a small video?? I´ve heard of others who has seen small match demos on the net, but is it possible to make your own.
Thanks a lot.

I believe the default for screenshots is F9.
As for the rest I think you can but I don't know how. I've never wanted to.
As for your next question I'm sure will be were are the screenshots I've take at. There in your system folder. Starting with Shot00000.

But how do I view my recordings???, I have found them in the system folder, but how can I open the files? Which program should I use.
By the way how do I stop a recording...what is the command?

u should use just ut2K3 to view em, type in the ut2k3 console
"demoplay yourname" to view them.
(edit) to stop recording type "stopdemo"
to take nice screenies you might want to use these console commands:
"slomo .5" (or .2) to get slomotion, you will get more time to take a nice shot
"freecam 1" or "behindview 1" (freecam 0 or behindview 0 for normal view) to get your skill full in the picture
and you can experiment when (freecam 1 active) with "FOV 50" or "FOV 25" etc to zoom in or zoom out.
