Login failed..........at my wits end guys

[legacy-Panzer{OMC}]

I all of a sudden started having , the insecure client playerskins error all the time i run UTsecure 211....frustrated as no one seems to know why ..at least thats whats in forums....i tried everything and no luck

So i took out UTsecure and now i get this:

Login failed could not find team for player

Any ideas? one common thing with both of these errors are they always happen in custom maps
