where is the registration page for Maya PLE 4.0 password?

I can't seem to locate the Maya 4.0 registration page... just the 4.5. Can someone help me find the 4.0 registration page please? Than you.

hmm ive noticed the same, the register page for the maya ple which came with ut2k3 is gone

Yes, they upgraded Maya PLE to version 4.5 not long after UT2003 was released, which messed things up for anyone who hadn't already registered.

Two options as far as I can see. If you have the bandwidth, download 4.5, you can still use the UT2003 export plugin with the new version. Alternatively, I've been told (but haven't checked) that the old page gave everyone the same password, in which case you could see if someone who did register it would be willing to PM it to you. I'm not even on the right machine to look at it at the moment.

Well considering they have stoped supporting it, and everyone has the SAME number from the page, it doesnt really matter if i post it here : 4010020025
