I get an error every time I start UED which looks like the following:

Build UT2003_Build_[2003-04-07_17.42]

OS: Windows 2000 5.0 (Build: 2195)
CPU: GenuineIntel PentiumPro-class processor @ 867 MHz with 255MB RAM
Video: NVIDIA GeForce4 MX 420 (4403)

Assertion failed: WhiteCircle [File:UnTerrainTools.cpp] [Line: 788]

History: FTerrainTools::Init

Now, I've never had this problem before until I recently reinstalled UT2k3 (I formatted) and installed the updates and bonus packs. Does anyone have any ideas?

It has nothing to do with my hardware so don't go off telling me to upgrade ;P I run UT2K3 just fine on high settings even. But for some reason after I update and get everything installed fresh it just won't work. I have NO idea what that whole "WhiteCircle" reference is. Any help is appreciated as usual.

Looks like Engine.u is corrupted. You could try reinstalling 2225.

I figured it was probably a corrupted file -- so I tried that several times (and when I say several I mean 6). However, all tries were to no avail and I'm stuck with an UnrealED that fails to load :(

I am having exactly the same problem and really need to get access to the editor ASAP. Has no one discovered any solutions???
