Flickering Light
How to make a flickering light source that don't shine through solid walls.
The idea is to do something like this:
http://udn.epicgames.com/pub/Content/LightingReference/flicker.gif
A broken fluorescent light source, but it's placed in a place where the light can't shine through the walls, 'couse it whould look really ulgy on the next room :p

Moving Light/Shadow
A light that's moving on a level full of columns, and i need (or i whould like) that the light can reflect the shadow colums on the wall (i think that i should need to attach a projector to a mover, isn't?)
Also, i have to put a light behind a rotating ventilation fans, and i need that the light project a moving shadow of the fan on the wall.

Dentroyable Light
Simple... a destroyable light like the triggered light, but like the Flickering light, i need that the light don't shine through the walls.

By the way... it's there some Volumetric Light/shadow support:

Or another real-time light?

PD:
For the record... i know that all this is a 'serious FPS killer' :)

the light effects dont work.

people will tell you that you can use an emitter or some junk, but its still dumb. it works, but it was REMOVED for a reason. put it back in, and you face the consequences.

Still can't find a way to do it... damn it. I can't.. i refuse to believe that the Unreal Engine (UT2K3) don't have this kind of light, it's almost impossible... or incredible i whould say :/

only way to have moving light or shadows is projectors.

for a blinking projector, try a scripted texture, if they will work, or a material sequence, again - if it will work.

you can attach projectors to movers, and do it that way. but dont expect it to look good, lol.

"fps killer" lights were removed so the n00bs didnt hurt themselves. like taking a knife from a baby :)
