In the updated demo, I used the loaded code and to my surprise got a Ion Painter! In the demo, as you all know, there are 5 levels, I was wondering in which of five levels does the Ion Painter work?

None. Before the match, you can fly up to a high spot where you can see many parts of the map and type this in:

summon xweapons.ioncannon

Then you should get the satellite. You require the satellite for the painter to work, but it only works in outdoor maps (Antalus, Anubis, Citadel)
