Testing New Menu Files

I am new to scripting and I was wondering if there is a way to test new menu files created?

Depends what you mean with "testing" ;)
You can set a new MainMenu class (the one that UT2003 comes up with at the beginning) in your UT2003.ini file, so I guess you might want to start there ;)
