what do muliplayer icons mean

I'm new to the forum, so forgive me if this question has been asked before or is obvious, but what do the icons next to the multiplayer servers mean? There is an ear icon, whats looks like a stats icon and others or even none?

I think the lock icon means the game is locked, but how do you go about getting the password for these games?

go to the filer tab, and somewhere in there you can find a button that explains the icons, when pressed that is.

If you take a look at the filter tab in the play online menu, it gives a description of what each icon represents.

Most games appear to be locked (have the lock icon), how would you go about getting into these games?

It means that the server is passworded. You would have to know the password to get in.

How do you go about requesting the password? Is there a way to contact the server admin and ask if you can have the password. I'm not sure how this works?

You can ask the admins (their email address is shown with the server information at the bottom when you high light the server in the browser), but a lot are reluctant to give out that info. It's always worth a try though.

What I do is use the filters to remove any locked servers from the browser window.
