Hi there i'm quite new to development and am unfortunately suffering from a few technical glitches I wonder if anybody would be kind enough to help?!
I'm trying to create a single player map with multiple rooms, each containing a variety of skaarj monsters and a single player start at the point I want the users character to start at, i've set the level to deathmatch.
firstly, all or at least the majority of monsters appear at this player start and not at their intended locations in the map...not ideal if your end of level baddy turns up early for the party!
secondly, I'm using a single player start to define the point at which the user (alone) begins in the map i want no bots stepping out (i'm not on vacation why should they be?!), when I use multiple player starts, the user starts at random points in the map I don't want this.
thirdly, unconnected with the above i've built a simple two key lift mover, it hesitates before it moves, however once it fires it goes to the top and stays there not returning back!
ANY help would greatly be appreciated!!!
