can i download somewhere the last unreal ed, i got the one that comes with unreal tournament but i rather need a newer version

Well I don't believe that you can down load the latest vetsion which is 3 or some fration of it, it come with UT2k3 and as far as editing I believe that due to the scaling and a few other factors that differ from UT and UT2k3 you cannot use the latest version for editing original UT map. I f you meant UT2k3 in your original post and not UT then you have the latest version available to the public as far as I know. Hope that helps!!!;)

why would yu want it? you dont have the game. and you cant use 3.0 to make UT maps. and since you dont have the game, you cant make UT2003 maps because you dont have the textures, or the meshes, or the ability to test the level. so again, why do you want it?
