Web Admin not working

After installing ut2vote I haven't been able to login to Web Admin.
I just keep getting "page not avalable" error message.
Can anyone point this admin noob in the wright direction.

sounds like a typo in the cfg file ... triple check .... tutorials don't help mistakes in files.

You most likely installed it wrong and if your web admin page won't come up your server is likely not up either. It sounds like it's trying to reboot continually and failing everytime. I could be wrong but that has been the case with me when my webadmin page won't come up.
