Here should be the main discussion on the Locust Horde members. Tactics, favs., etc all go.

Here are all the Locust that I know of:

Drone: The staple of the Locust Horde
Theron Guard: Commanding officers of the drones
Boomer:Obese, heavy-weapons specialist drones
Hunters: Drones that have high percision and deadlyness in their attacks. Armed with Torque Bow.
Berserker: The female drones; They smash your face in with their fists, or a wall.
Wretch: Possible young drones. Shrieks cause light sources to shatter. Can climb on virtually any surface.
Krill: Flying, locust like creatures that fear the light, but shred apart any prey they find in the dark.
Brumak: Beast of burden for the Locusts. Equipped with rocket launchers and by rumor of the Gears, laser weoponary. Can be ridden by smaller locust members.
Corpser: Another beast of burden. Tunnels through the soil to allow passage for Locust to the surface. Can possibly be ridden by other Locust members.

Lol. U and General Raam and your nightly visits to the Berserker Babes Club.

Weren't there something like 'spore cannons' mentioned in the Destroyed Beauty book. They were supposed to be something used against the King Raven's by the Locust.

HEATHEN! Watch Alien. Then Aliens. Then don't watch any more movies with 'Alien' in the title or you'll be sad. There was no Alien vs Predator, ever.

Ever.

Uh, yeah, how about them locust? :o

Nope. No way. No headcrab in "G.O.W."!!! The Locust are too humanoid to breed by parasitism :D .

Well, I haven't read the Destroyed Beauty book yet but you certainly can help me with this: Now are the Berserk considered to be warriors or workers? They are blind but extremely sentient to sound and scent. They move cautious and always stretch out hands to feel their way. This implies they're genetically adapted to an underground existence. Their hulking bodies and physical strength give me the impression THEM being the actual tunnel diggers, not the corpsers.

EDIT: Well, I just found a thread another which provides more than only one answer to my question :D :D :D .

except you never see the berserker stretch out its hands, its more they smell and listen and then start truckin its way through walls and such

Yes, once in a while you can see an unsuspecting Berserk stretching out its hands. They feel their way like a blind man using his cane.

also, at the end of a charge, they swing wildly, so i guess thats kinda like stretching out its hands

maybe that but i think thats more of them trying to kill whatsever in their way that they didnt kill charging into them
