UED3 Loading Problem [error message]

This is the first time I've ever opened UED3, and its giving me this error when I try.

Build UT2003_Build_[2003-04-07_17.42]

OS: Windows XP 5.1 (Build: 2600)
CPU: GenuineIntel Unknown processor @ 3016 MHz with 1022MB RAM
Video: RADEON 7200 SERIES (6307)

Assertion failed: WhiteCircle [File:UnTerrainTools.cpp] [Line: 788]

History: FTerrainTools::Init



Anyone have any ideas?

PS. Don't make fun of my uber-bottleneck computer lol

I have the same error but suckier computer:

I sure wanna know what to do (I have the latest patch and also tried the UnrealEd patch i found nothing works.. also the latest drivers to gfx cards allready installed)

make sure aa is turned off for your video card

Hey, howdy b, you keep on talking about 'aa' on video cards...what is that?? If you gave a little more explanation you could be twice as helpful to us.

aa is anti aliasing . it's set in your video card properties.right clik on your desktop, properties,settings, advanced,then whatever video card your using,properties. there should be a setting to turn off aa. sometime this helps with editor problems , or low frame rates in the game

Thanks for the reply, though still does not work...

I checked the aa settings and it was currently set to application (application chooses I guess) though I switched it to off but still did not work =/ also checked again that the color quality in settings is at 32-bit.

Any other ideas?

I have this problem as well, Athlon XP 1700+ GF3 Ti 200 AA off tested all solutions none work. Any help dev's?
