Please, someone help.

When I click to join an online game (DM) . This comes up

Failed Launching URL
Can't import private object MoNumeric Edit
Xinterface.Tab_instantActionBased rules IArules time limit.

ok i am getting the same error, so what gives??? after 3 days of tinkering i have finally been able to get this server running and now i get this error. how was this resolved?

find that file on your 2k3 cd and copy it to your ut folder
I dont know exactly what 2k3 folder im on my old pc so look for the file your having problems with and copy over it
either that or reinstall 2k3
its a mod bug screwing you up
