Gears and Humor?

Everyone knows Gears of War is a very serious game... serious in storyline anyways, lots of death and suffering. But i was wondering if the game was gonna have any humor? like Cheech and Chong type? lol (I've been watching a couple Cheech & Chong movies lol), well ok any type of humor

I was just wondering cuz most games now a days have a bit of humor in it, even if there is a serious event some how one or two of the characters make it funny (Call of Duty 2 had a bit of humor). And I love a good laugh ^_^

If you check some of the vids there is already some evident humor in it.

Ok now that the fanboy in me has spoken, I think the humor will definitely come from those band of brothers moments. Remember in Halo, the Truth and Reconciliation with the marines. That was hysterical.:p

Their is alreadt some humor like in E3 2K5 trailer. Epic is just plain funny and if there was no humor this game will never be epic

Well, if you've watched the trailer (the one showing us the 1st level) then you hear some humor. Not much, all of it dry humor, like when Marcus opens the door and sees those bodies he says: "nice" in his deep voice. That was kinda funny. As so whenver he picked up ammo he says "I'll take those" or "sweet" so yeah they'll be humor, there always is.

I think Gears will have "Adult" humour. You know witty, sarcastic stuff that will leave a 15 yr old going "huh", best humour out there. I'd jsut die if Marcus said to Dom "you know how I know you're gay?"

I think much of the humor in Gears is going to be very black and dark.

I actually think there's something humorous in having a chainsaw attached to a rifle (not to say it won't be the most awesome thing in gaming history), and much of the humor will be along those lines.

The guy who does "Terry Tate, Office linebacker", does the voice of the "comic relief" character (Gus) in Gears of War.

That should be hilarious!
