UT2Vote 1.4 and UTSecure 2.05 ! where are they ?

where are ut2vote 1.4 and utsecure 2.05

i was looking forward to both of them ( i still do)

but, proasm and drsin said they will be available this weekend (last weekend that was)

where are they now ? any news on them ?

please post an update íf they take a few days longer to be released
