Here's the required info, screenshots, and download link:
Info
This mutator is very simple, it allows you to change the staticmesh the ball in BombingRun, Deathball, or Find The Ball, or pretty much anything that uses the BR ball. Thats all it does, simply and effectively. The mesh is automatically scaled, so you dont even have to worry about that, and it has been fully tested online.

What are your favourite ball meshes? I particulary like the SpikeBall and RockBall ones I've posted in ym screenshot. Theres nothing like playing DB or BR with a rock :)

Thats a great idea!! I was also thinking you or someone else make a static mesh that more resembles Metroid(aka morphin ball. And Is set to morph one random person from each team. Then while being the ball to shorten you sentance as the ball if you team scores 3 in a row he Morphs back to 'normal' and then another random person is chosen. Your goalies should be the killer pits, like from some bombingrun maps the pit was right under the goal.

It's called "Static" Mesh for a reason. Static Meshes can't be animated, so you can't use player meshes or a "morphing" ball at this point.

ADD BulldogMeshes.S_Chassis
The ball will be a little bulldog Chassis! LOL!:p :p

I can see in the static mesh browser some 1000+
different possibilities!!
But maybe if U could supply like 10 good ones for people
Who might not be so in tune with finding the mesh strings in
the editor!!:up: :up:

Be a little patient and wait for the next version to be finished. It will contain a selection menu with about 12 good static meshes for the ball.
In the meantime try some meshes from the following short list:
E_Pickup.TrippleDamage (similar to the double damage mesh)
E_Pickup.BombRing (the rings around the bomb ball, but no ball)
WeaponStaticMesh.FlakShell
WeaponStaticMesh.LinkAmmoPickup
WeaponStaticMesh.RedeemerMissile
XEffects.GibBotHead
XGame_rc.BallMesh (the bomb ball without the yellow rings around it)
XGame_rc.DomAMesh
XGame_rc.DomBMesh
XPickup_rc.AdrenalinePack
Citadel_Static.BalloonBall (a shiny metal sphere)
Citadel_Static.citadelballoon (the spike ball from the screenshot in the first post)

So Im using the rearwheel as the br ball, but I think this mute may not get too much air time!! like i said U test it like I do! Start a dedicated server then enter that dedicated server as a client either via lan or another connection and then tell me which meshes work!!
Did you read the readme?
Add a serverpackages=meshpackage line in your ini for the mesh package you're using. Then it'll work.

Okay, just to prove a point, I have started a BR server at unreal://62.30.88.234:7777
This server is running morphball, with the BarrenHardware.MiscRock01BA rock as a ball.
I've added the ServerPackages=BarrenHardware line to my servers INI file, and... OMG! It works!! ;)
Please read the readme, that's what it's there for :)

Use the Static Meshes browser in UnrealEd.

I canīt get the Citadel_Static.citadelballon Static Mesh to work at my server.
This is my entry in the ut2003.ini file:

Packages used in a map (E_Pickups is used in any map) don't need to appear in the ServerPackages list. The Citadel mesh would have worked in CTF-Citadel if that map was a BR map.

Does the "ball" still have sphere properties if you change it, or does it act like the shape? I.E the rock, does it bounce at different angles or like a sphere? If you made it a cube, would it roll or slide? Does anyone know what I am asking, if not I will try to explaine better. (Even thought the appearnce of the shape has change do the physics change with it?)

I guess I should have looked at the thread post dates, because I found the file already on UT2003HQ (http://www.ut2003hq.com/pafiledb/pafiledb.php?action=file&id=1806) and was uploaded months ago.
I got all excited and thought I found a new file to upload, now I'm all disappointed. :cry:
