There is ONLY one VasVolatile Mutator.
Currently this version does not have health for the ammo.
It does have a % to explode. I Believe its 50% chance to explode every hit or more than 50 damage points in one hit will make it explode.

Yep...That's what I meant was hit points. I tried it on our server and it just didn't work out. We used the DE ammo mod on our UT server for almost 3 years...Even built most of our maps based on the ammo placement as mines.
Of the two mods that are out now, I like the effects of yours much more than the other one as it is too exaggerated. The problem with yours is that you cannot reliably snipe the ammo packs thereby negating their value as remotely detonated mines.
If you ever modify it where the amount of damage can be reduced so that every solid hit will set it off, I would very much like to use it on our Dead Cat servers.

How about this!
Next updated will have a Setting and that setting will be from the INI file.
That way server admins can set it however they like?
Just FYI current version I snipe them all the time from the sniper gun , It almost always goes off, some fun stuff to get someone like that :-)

Random % for damage removed. all Ammo explodes when hit.

I found a issue with v1.04
Looks like i had a Beta Volatile Weapon code in the Ammo code.
All weapons with all ammo exploded when a player was fraged. funny ****. but lag the game to hell with the player was full of weapons and ammo.
This was removed and v1.05 will be posted ASAP!

Just working on how i wanted to handle the code. Only for default stuff or go for the gold and have it support all ammo for all 3party updates.

Woah this looks SWEEEEEEET. Imagine a bot going up to go pick up ammo and you blast it and he gets coated with exploding ammo. Oh that'll be fun! I'll be subscribing to this. Can't wait for 2k4 version

AFAIK, it's still a buggy mut as well.
In the UT2004 "VAS" mutator:
BUG: During netplay, after an ammo pack explodes (damaging players within the HurtRadius) its sMesh continues to display for 3-5 seconds afterward.
FEATURE LIMITED: the same (Rocket) explosion and HurtRadius results, regardless which kind (class) of ammo the destroyed pickup contained.

Someone named "Hanzo" released a superior mutator, called Vammo.u
(his docs credit Kal Corp)
That version spawns appropriate fx and damage specific to each ammo class.
In my testing, it also intermittently caused my client to crash.

Another alternative to the buggy VAS mutator is
ExplosiveAmmo.u
released by Chris Schultz and Brian Vargas.
It provides ammo class -specific fx, and even spawn ONS Grenades or Spider Mines when those type ammo boxes are shot open. This is my personal favorite & I was pleased to find that it is incorporated into the "Mr. Pants Excessive Overkill" mod.
